1. General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with GiftCardHub, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are digital gift cards delivered via email. Physical cards are not shipped. Delivery times may vary but typically occur within minutes to a few hours after payment confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a gift card has been delivered to your email address.

4. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action. If you initiate a chargeback:

• You will be responsible for all associated fees plus a $50 administrative fee
• Your account will be permanently suspended
• All pending orders will be canceled
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the email address provided is correct
• Checking your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your gift card
• Keeping your gift card codes secure as we cannot replace lost or stolen codes

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods
• Reselling gift cards in violation of the original issuer's terms
• Using our service for money laundering or any illegal activity

7. Limitation of Liability

GiftCardHub shall not be liable for any issues arising from the use of gift cards purchased through our platform, including but not limited to:

• Issuer bankruptcy or insolvency
• Changes to issuer terms and conditions
• Gift card expiration or deactivation by the issuer

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
